THE LOCATION & VIEWS The defining feature of this property is its unobstructed sightlines. The private balcony overlooks the green fairways of the Lakota Links Golf Course and the expansive Grand Hogback Mountains. The dining nook and bedrooms feature large windows that frame these mountain and valley views, ensuring you stay connected to the landscape even while inside. LIVING AREA & RELAXATION After a day of hiking, skiing, or soaking in the hot springs, the living area provides a comfortable place to recharge. The space features two large sofa beds centered around an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV. The sliding glass doors leading to the balcony can be opened to let in the mountain breeze, and the room is fitted with custom LED lighting for evening relaxation. KITCHEN & MEAL PREP The kitchen is set up for full meal preparation, allowing you to easily cook at home between excursions. It features a gas stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. We stock the cabinets with cooking basics, a baking sheet, dishes, Mediterranean seasonings and silverware. Specialized appliances include a rice maker, Blendtec blender, and toaster. You can eat at the round wooden dining table positioned directly in front of the large scenic window. THE COFFEE STATION Before heading out for a morning hike, utilize the comprehensive coffee bar. It includes a commercial Keurig system, a De’Longhi espresso machine, a standard drip coffee maker, and a French press. BEDROOM LAYOUTS & BATHROOMS The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 beds. The bedrooms are designed for rest, featuring high-quality linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure a good night's sleep regardless of the sunrise. The property includes two full bathrooms, fully stocked with natural shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided so you can clean your hiking clothes or swimsuits during your stay. BALCONY & OUTDOOR SPACES The private balcony is equipped with a hanging hammock and outdoor bench that folds to a table. Guests have access to two Parking spaces, with a dedicated surface lot located right at the base of the building, providing easy access to your vehicle for daily trips into Glenwood Springs.
